  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Track Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States and it’s territories and Canada.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at soapsandaromatics@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue. 
  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
