At Soaps and Aromatics by Sandra, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a defective item, we are here to help.
Defective Products
- Eligibility: If you receive a defective product, you may request a refund or replacement.
- Time Frame: You must contact us within 8 days of receiving the item to report the defect.
- Process: To report a defective product, please email us at soapsandaromatics@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo if possible. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds and Replacements
- Approval: Once we verify the defect, we will offer you a choice of a refund or a replacement.
- Refunds: If you choose a refund, we will process it to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Replacements: If you choose a replacement, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- If We Made a Mistake: If the return is due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
