Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Domestic: Rates calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing (may vary by location).
- Expedited options: Available at extra cost at checkout.
Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Restrictions
- No PO Box deliveries.
- Shipping currently limited to the United States (including territories) and Canada.
Issues & Incorrect Address
- Lost or damaged packages: Email soapsandaromatics@gmail.com with your order number and photos; we will assist with the carrier.
- Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for misdelivered orders due to customer error.
