Order Processing

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic: Rates calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing (may vary by location).
  • Expedited options: Available at extra cost at checkout.

Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Restrictions

  • No PO Box deliveries.
  • Shipping currently limited to the United States (including territories) and Canada.

Issues & Incorrect Address

  • Lost or damaged packages: Email soapsandaromatics@gmail.com with your order number and photos; we will assist with the carrier.
  • Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for misdelivered orders due to customer error.
