Order Processing

• Processing time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
• All products are handcrafted in small batches — processing time may vary depending on order size

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Domestic rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing (may vary by location)
• Expedited options available at extra cost at checkout
• Additional transit time may apply for Alaska orders

Tracking

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships

Restrictions

• Shipping currently limited to the United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska

Issues & Incorrect Address

• Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information; we are not liable for misdelivered orders due to customer error
