Returns & Refunds
Return window
- 14 days from delivery for eligible returns. (Orders placed after this policy is active.)
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Personal care items (lotions, creams, soaps) that have been opened or show signs of use, and candles that have been burned, are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non‑returnable.
How to start a return
- Email soapsandaromatics@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and reason. Include photos for damaged or defective items.
- Do not send returns without prior approval; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Approved returns must be shipped to: PO Box 203, Verbank, NY 12585 and shipped within 7 days of approval.
Return shipping & restocking
- Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- A restocking fee may apply at our discretion; any fee will be disclosed before the refund is issued.
Damages & incorrect items
- Inspect your order on receipt and report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days with photos and order details; we will evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
- To exchange, return the original item for refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Bank processing may add additional time.
- If more than 5 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact soapsandaromatics@gmail.com.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing soapsandaromatics@gmail.com. Once fulfillment begins, cancellations may not be possible.
